No this is the beach between our Resort (AMSHA Grand Paradise) and Las Galeras and our route to town. Friends of ours went to Rincon and loved it. We didn't spend much time in town - went to a cock fight. If you like adventure, the Los Haitises National Park is amazing. If you go to Los Galeras, there's a great tour guide Rueban, A-Zore Tours. Very fun guy.
