I do think he is a beautiful mind himself / Sheldon, no Sheldon, but I also do think he is bisexual. He does not look at some women on TBBT as a gay guy would, no matter how good an actor. However, I do not think one should focus on his sexuality at all. I think he feels good about himself and that's what counts. Also, I think he did change the way people speak in Hollywood. He is so himself all the time that it sometimes puts others to shame. Go Jim.

@MishKonn I agree. I hate when an interview cuts off a guest. Its almost never appropriate unless the guest is taking the interview in a bad or uninteresting direction, which Jim was not.  If she doesn't get in one of her questions, so what? We all listen for the guest, not the interviewer. I for one really wish she could have let him finish whatever he was going to say.

I have a masters in high energy particle physics and am currently working on my doctorate in heterotic supersymmetrical variants and I just love TBBT. Jim Parsons does a beautiful job on the show. I don't know anyone who's quite as much of an oddball as Sheldon but we're all a LITTLE like him. He's the poster boy for theoretical physicists everywhere!
