Locker344 pretty much explained most of it. The mushroom truffles are considered a delicacy and they're pretty rare as they are hard to find. People use pigs, and even certain dogs, to find the mushrooms in the woods cause they grow underground. Depending where you go, they can be REALLY expensive to eat, but they're REALLY good.
