There is no shame for me to admit our squad this year is simply not as good as it was last year. If you want to delve into X's and O's, I could say any number of things. The absence of Rolle and McAlister easily translates into less time Ben needs to find an open receiver, and less time for sacks to made. It's not that complicated. Offensively, McNair is a shadow of his former self; defensively injuries abound.

um actually, the nfl watched the tapes again and again to make sure the calls that were made were justified. and of course, the nfl said they were. remember that time where troy polumalu had an interception against the colts and they overturned it? yeah the nfl watched that and after the game issued an apology to the steelers. if the calls in the superbowl were wrong, they would have said they were wrong.

I'm not sure if you watched Super Bowl XL. I did watch it and I distinctly remember the Seahawks giving that game to the Steelers. Seattle missed 2 field goals and turned the ball over inside the 20 not to mention the many dropped passes they had on third downs. So go ahead and blame the refs if you want, but maybe you should go back and watch the game to see what really happened.

Uh, dude. The Ravens franchise is barely over a decade old. We're basically just out of the time frame of being labeled an expansion team and we still won a Superbowl. WON it. Not stole it because of bad refereeing. So just suck it up and against that Pig Pen and the Squealers got their asses handed to them in 2007.

yeah we did get our ass kicked in 07, but that was then, this is now. last year doesn't even matter dude, if you know anything about football. and its not like the ravens were a brand new team, they had a team directly from the browns. the browns are the team everyone should lay low on. how hard is it to rebuild an ENTIRE franchise...damn hard. so learn some things about football, then talk.

Actually the Colts had 3 or so championships. BTW the Steelers have 4 championships b/c the one in 2005 didn't count. The officiating was a joke. And BTW in 2004 and 2005 the Ravens had more injury problems than the Steelers had last year so I dont want to hear it.

By the way, just thought I would bring up that the only team this year that won on their home field in the playoffs was Chicago and last year the home field teams broke even. Steelers are historically superior to the Ravens. 13-9 against the Ratbirds even after lossing 2 this season. Fact is Pgh has 5 rings to your 1 worthless (bought by free agency) ring. Given the first 8 games of the season were worthless due to many injuries, roethlisberger's among them, a 6-2 record in the second half of the season isnt terrible. What is notable though: both those losses came from the same purple uniforms.

Best thing about the Ravens...The cheerleaders. The team is horrible. A bye in the first round, followed by a home playooff game and they still can't win.
