  • Incredible! This was the first version of "Cherokee" I ever heard (on some kind of historical jazz TV documentary), and it was instantly a favorite. I've since listened to countless different interpretations, but this one is still the best in my book.

  • Sarah Vaughan is the reason I learned the words to this song, which I had only heard as an instrumental. And let me tell you, EVERYWHERE I ever sang this, it worked because most people don't know the lyrics! THANK'S SARAH!
