@AtomicBomb783 Him8 , well some modder had the idea to make a Rainspray.tga then i had an idea to use TVSTYLE to give a "little" animation , its quite amateur but better than nothing :) , and thanx 10x for the kind words.
@dojOdRiFTeR It never had an official license and the f1 mods available for it are fan made and made to a very high level in simulation terms , GT5 graphically is amazing and head over heals what rfactor can do but in terms of simulation and setup there is no better game or netcode than rfactor.
@Bruce10000 that looks like its almost hitting night time. F1 don't race at night apart from a few street type circuits. The Haze and stuff is good though

Wow you have your seat raised pretty high for an F1, LOL! So does the rain actually effect the grip on the track and tyre temps? Or is it just for show?
Yeah the seat is a bit high...look to more recent videos for a better seating position...notably the brawn gp video.......
Yes the grip level of the track is edited and a wet texture added , temps will be affected by slower cornering and laptimes so its pretty realistic as it can be in rFactor...sending you a PM..
Some tracks available at rfactorcentral that have a wet/dry version , examples are Vanport-Sugo-Gateway , then for the feeling of water hitting your visor you would need my addon and thats available from my rfactorcentral , theres a link to rfactorcentral and my addon on my youtube homepage.
If you mean the helmet mod then its a seperate install to your normal rfactor, think of it like my rfactor install that i have uploaded to rapidshare and you have to place your rfactor.exe inside it to make it work so just install anywhere you like then find it and copy your rfactor.exe inside and run it.

Yes it is hard to see but that's what's fun about it , it's very immersive , this old and very dark...the newer visors are clearer..
