@4lface Unless you use the Gil trick.

You can steal Phoenix Downs from Minerva. Knowing that, you can steal 99x Phoenix Downs from her, and kill yourself.

Then you can sell all the Pheonix Downs until you have about 120 million gil or so.

Then buy a shitload of Dispel materia and convert them all into SP.

It will still take a while, but it's much faster. (English version only)

@felix1355 If you watch the beginning of the video you'll see he has 255 VIT (basically he maxed out) Read the description on what he has equipped. If your wondering why he's receiving no damage whatsoever, it's because he has SP Master equipped. Which basically means you get no damage, but the price is losing your SP by how much damage is inflicted.

haha i got all the stats up to 255 but luck at 100. however, i did not know that throw gil can be so much powerful. I used the power punch to beat Minerva and took 100 hits to down her. nice strategic by the way.

To all who think he hacked, he hasn't. There's a certain accessory that reduces all damage to 0 as long as you have SP. However, as the accessory drains SP at a ridiculously fast rate, you generally need SP in the millions to make it last longer than a few seconds. And for Gil Toss, the more Gil you have, the more damage you will deal. This works well as you can steal 99 Phoenix Downs from Minerva, then get KO'd and sell the Phoenix Downs for about 500,000 gil (I think) then u can buy dualcast

With high enough SP and the item SP master you can stop any hit you want and it doing zero damage. Also, with enough gil you can use the item Gil Toss Master, which throws more than one attack at the same time. The damage depends on the amount of Gil that you have.

fuse Goblin Punch with any DMW materia and you'll get costly punch. DMW materia can be found at Shop Research Dept. QMC+

alternatively you can steal it from Mako Ifrit or get it at mission 9-5-4.

without sp master it's about 30k to 60k.

meeting magic pot was easy i kept going back and forth to one position untill i meet it, it took me about 5 to 10 times.

i took it in one attemp, i had 3 octa slash materia in master level and also the curse ring to keep myself at heavenly mind level, so it was very probable to get the octa slash.

well with these you need quite some skill to win but it is possible, you just add another wall materia and enable it during battle and use your costly punch.

no it wasn't speeded up or anything, in fact it is possible even faster than this, cuz her two judgement arrow took a lot of time from me, if you are lucky you'll face only one judgement arrow and then you can finish it in 1min! if you can't believe it i can send you my save game and you play it yourself.

On his own Zack's manage damage is 9999. To get 99999 damage you need a weapon like Brutal or Genji glove that breaks the 9999 damage limit to 99999 then use Costly Punch which can deal 99999 in one hit(Costly Punch is another requirement for the magic pot anyway). As for obtaining Octoslash when you're trying to appease the magic pot, you need mastered Octoslash materia to boost the likelihood of obtaining Octoslash and a lot of luck and patience for it to actually to appear on the DMW.

How do you get the Genji Shield? I'm tryng to do it like it says in the guide book, but it's a pain in the neck. The pot always gets bored and leaves before the DMW does an octalash, and now the stupid pot won't show up at all on any of the missions. Somebody please help me out.

It's really a matter of a lot luck and patience. It took me ages looking for it and waiting for Octoslash to appear on the DMW even with the the mastered Octoslash materia equipped. Keep trying and you'll eventually get it.

nope, in order to inflict 99999x5 damage you need 99million gil, you can get either by stealing phoenix down and selling them or by following my guide in my blog.

I courageously experimented and tried to beat minerva after an hour I posted here and I luckily (with 2 good luck charms eqquipped leaving me with 9999 hp only), I've beaten minerva dodging her every move and used 36 phoenix downs. I did not thought of finishing the battle since I always think that any time her judgment arrow will kill me. Thanks again!

I have a question.How come you have 246 lck?I am aware that you have 2 materias with lck +100. Compared to my stats,I have almost the same materias and accessories equipped as yours.(normal mode,level 93)

as long as you have a sp master with master level, then you receive no damage at all, so you can replace it's hp+999 with lck+100, so i'd say you just replace both your hp+999% with two lck+100. you can always make lck materia just get another Fat Chocobo Feather and one Gysahl Greens. to know where to find these follow gamefaq ultimate guide.

having a SP Master item and level this up to master you'll become invincible to any damage but in return it reduce the same amount of damage from your SP so you need a lot of SP, this battle consumed 6 million SP
