Pesci's best work was Scorsese, and he had a small part in another masterpiece "Once Upon A Time In America", and starred in good films like Home Alone & My Cousin Vinny. But, he is not a film acting icon like De Niro. I hate saying that, because Joe rules, I'm a big fan. But face it, De Niro is one of the greatest of all time, and his best work is stuff most actors wished they could called their own.
