Only direct and indirect taxes are constitutional. direct tax is a tax on a business for profit for example, indirect tax is for fuel, cigarettes etc. That's why they cannot produce a document , or tax law requiring a tax. Paying income tax in the US is not a legal requirement. the 16th amendment gives the US Gvmt no new taxing powers to those existing prior to its "ratification" (research it's "ratification") The constitutional definition of income, as determined by the Supreme Court, is profit made from enterprise. labor is not enterprise and no profit is made. It is an equitable exchange. Your labor is your property and yours to exchange for what you deem to be an equitable compensation in return.

The reason the "there is no law" method does not work in court is because you then become labeled a "tax protestor" and certain special rules apply to you in court. You are legally denied any defense and the jury only hears the prosecutor's side of the story. The income tax is very constitutional, it's just that most people misunderstand and believe that they have "income" which chances are they've never acquired any "income" ever in there lives.

You better go and do some homework, only 4 yes I said 4 states ratified the 16th amendment and before it could become a law and legal 37 states had to ratify it. Before the constitution can be amended it has to be ratified by 3/4 of the states. Now I won't argue the point with you any more, it's clear that you don't know what your talking about so do your research, and all you have to do is type in Amending the constitution in a google search and you have your answer.
