why dont you go up the road and park in the double stacked free parking garage??

@edyfreshh
It was full.
When it's open, I do use it.
The problem here is, the city wants people to visit, yet there's practically no parking, and there's a big garage that they don't want the public in.
They need to add more spaces, sadly, by taking down some non-essential buildings. There's some almost all-vacant 80's buildings that can go away.

Locked for private use.
(The "Private Use" thing ruins the downtown accessability.)
is the garage city owned and if not who owns it it would seem the city would wise up and build a 3 story garage

If I remember correctly, this garage was suposed to solve the parking problem the city has. It may have been bought, and now defeats it's purpose.
If this keycarded facility leaves the doors open now, the purpose is completely defeated.
No-win here.
0:22 YOU!!! LOL!!

Of course, they had to NOT BE THERE today, but they usually are.
Not a safe place to park at all.
I'm surprised the "Members Only" parking is wide open. Usually, the garage doors are shut, and you have to wave your keycard to get in.
