I work @ the source in Canada and I think this is fucking hilarious because the manager is alot like me according to co-workers with the stare right through you look....and we panic whenever someone walks in with a bag lol
actually at the beginning of the video the email talks about a disgruntled radio shack employee trying to return items to different stores, so, no oversite.
