I think this map would be really good on Xbox 360. If they put the best rated maps on Xbox Live Marketplace for about 400-500 MS Points, then more people would buy them and in the end they would get more money out of everybody than selling them for 800-1000 MS Points.

I dunno. I'm just guessing that that is what they would do. They're selling the Crash Course Campaign for 500 or 600 (Can't remember which), and that isn't even a full Campaign. I heard that another few levels were coming out, but I haven't seen any yet. But you are right, they could put them on XBLM for free. But either way, I would like to see the custom maps on Xbox 360.
