The cost of producing energy through sources such as wind energy does not pay off unless it gets government subsidies. In 19 states, blacks were more than twice as likely as whites to live in neighborhoods where air pollution seems to pose the greatest health danger. African-Americans, Hispanics, Pacific Islanders, Native Americans and Asian Americans are each the most pollution burdened-group in some metropolitan areas and the least pollution-burdened group in other metropolitan areas.
African-Americans are two to six times more likely to die from asthma than white people.

Ah...Air pollution poses a danger to everybody and NOT just Blacks. And where did you get those stats? Yucca Mountain has had toxic waste dumped there at once and I don't recall blacks live around that area? Also If that is true then I could blame Blacks for the disproportionate crime rates throughout this country. And that is backed up by the FBI uniform crime reports. I could blame Homosexual Black Males as the MAJOR Aids spreader in this nation. And so on.

Just listen to Van Jones speech and point out to the rest of us where you thought was trying to use the "art of race bating" as you put it. Don't give me that crime crap. Blacks make up 30% of crack users, but over 80% of those in jail for crack. The system has NEVER been for blacks.
