Maybe you know if this sensor is giving digital or analog signal regarding fuel level?

Thanks for the vid. Can you simply replace the floater or do you have to replace the whole pump unit?

this has helped me out so much as my car wouldn't start and it is a faulty pump but also found the gauge is faulty too.
