What is hilarious about the whole Harvard thing, is that the Harvard Center for law and Public Policy has proven that the more guns- the less crime. The study was done using Interpol data that showed much higher murder rates in countries that had tyrannical gun laws than in countries with a high gun ownership rate.

His comment about the Supreme Court never ruling that the 2nd amendment is not an individual right is no longer true. The Court ruled in the recent Heller case that it IS an individual right. This view is consistent with all of our founders who actually wrote and voted on the 2nd amendment.
