  • And so Harry was scarred for life for the umpteenth time...

  • severus please (kill me now)

  • If you sense Snape's tone; you can feel the pain it causes him to kill Dumbledor...

  • This is all explained in the last movie I have too say I'm a really strong person and not one too cry much but when dumbledore was killed A tear went down my cheek when I was reading the books as well I had this same experience if you have not seen yet you will see the reasoning of his death .

  • I hate when people blame Draco in this scene, he was never going to kill Dumbledore. You could tell by his expression and how badly his wand was shaking, if he had done it he would have the second he disarmed Dumbledore. People always call Draco the villain but he is more of a victim. Voldemort forced Draco into it to punish Lucius and he went along with it to save his family nothing more. Tom Feltons acting in this scene is so good, very convincing.

  • Draco :( I've never see this movie so I didn't know that at first, Draco was going to kill him :(

  • omg

  • As Severus Dumbledore was killed hatred and disgust to see in his face ..

  • "Severus... please..."

If you've seen/read Deathly Hallows, you'll know that Dumbledore didn't say please as a way of begging for mercy. He wanted Snape to kill him.

  • Belatrix at 3:04 :O

  • 0:52 Great scene.Dumbledore made Draco master of Elder Wand...I always liked this charakter !

  • dumbledore is a fat oaf

  • whats the song @ 3:10?

  • damn bro like 4 ur HD but unlike in my heart :C

  • LOL > SAD MOMENT IN HD !!!!!

  • 2:23 , The Carrows are in the back, OMG :o

  • A jet of green light shot from the end if Snape's wand and hit Dumbledore squarely in the chest. Harry's scream of horror never left him; silent and unmoving, he was forced to watch as Dumbledore was blasted into the air. For a split second, he seemed to hang suspended beneath the shining skull, and then he fell slowly backward, like a great ragdoll, over the battlements and out of sight.

    We love you dumbledore...

  • I'm not crying..it's just raining on my face. :'(

  • Me to my friend, after reading HBP: Grr. I hate Snape. He is such a prick..

Me to my friend after reading DH,: I love Snape so much. He was so brave and strong. <3

Friend: What you said you hated him before

    Me: What?! Hate Snape?? Never!

    x)

  • I cry every time i see this :'(

  • This is such a sad scene. While watching it (without knowing the ending) you think Draco and Snape are really evil, twisted people. But then you find out later that Draco is an evil person, but he was raised in the wrong family. And Snape....he only killed Dumbledore because he asked him to.

  • This gets me every time such a sad scene

  • im already buying the books ;d i got the philophers stone and the half blood prince the deathly hallows and the goblet of fire i think ... or prisoner of azkaban

  • Albus told Snape to kill him. That "Severus...please" was not asking for mercy, it was asking for him to kill him.

  • It pisses me off to see all the death eaters mock Dumbledore, when he could take them all on effortlessly even in his weakened state.

  • @UnknownXV He wanted to die.

  • dumberlfor: severus please?

    snape: ...AVADA KEDAVRA

  • 0:55 Draco unknowingly becomes the master of The Elder Wand!

  • i hate how draco and harry thinks they are the choosen one..snape is the choosen one so stfu!

  • Omg, if you looked at Snape in the first movies you'll never ever would be thinking he is a good person. But here.. He doesn't want to do this. He loves Perkamentus and it's so horrible he needed to do this.. Poor Albus, poor Snape, poor Harry :(

  • Dumbledore died because he allowed Snape to kill him. Draco would've been a pile of horseshit if Dumbledore defended himself.

  • 3:10 for death

  • Nice quality bro, I needed for Snape kill Rebbeca Black XD

  • When i went to see HBP in the cinema, half the audience (mostly girls) cried.

  • Bluray :DD

  • This quality is freakin' amazing.

  • I hate Dumbledore...

  • I used to hate Draco's guts, for being such an arrogant-judgemental asshole, but now, you really see a different side to him. More like scared, rather than what he used to be, so I got over the last few books, and came to a truce. Tom Felton is the God of acting!

  • spoilers: SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDORE!!!!

  • Ew! When Bellabitch kisses him on the shoulder, I freaked out. He's going to have to clean his shoulder.. I would..

    O.e

  • Snape kills Dumbledore cuz he has to prove Voldemort he is on his side. But he never was.Watch the 7th movie part 2 and see :3

  • dumbledore could take them all out if he wanted, but he made the ultimate sacrifice for the greater good

  • Only the way Snape said Avada Kedavra already told me he did not want to do it. He said it without any anger without power but with fear and pain.

  • 1:35 "Draco, years ago I knew a boy who made all the wrong choices...Let me help you." God that line is heart-breaking.

  • so let me get this straight at 0:56 at that moment draco was the owner and power of the elder wand?

  • @superloyal yes! And then Harry disarmed Draco at Malfoy Manor in Deathly Hallows Part 1, making him the new owner.

  • @superloyal Yes.

  • yes he did

  • Why did he kill dumbledore? Did dumbledore asked snape to kill him in order for snape to gain voldemort's trust? ENLIGHTEN MEEEE! :)

  • @DrixUy go see the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and you'll understand.

  • @hrkelsey I already did, but my friend kept on calling me so i missed that HUGE part of the movie. Oh God. >:|

  • @DrixUy Dumbledore asked Snape to kill him to save himself the pain and humiliation of being killed by Draco. Also, he did not want Draco to become a killer on his account. He was a good man, right until the end.

  • @DrixUy Dumbledore was already dying at this point.. he foolishly intoxicated himself when he put on the ring with horcrux on his finger and Severus only managed to trap this poison in his one blackened hand - but they both knew it would spread eventually. Dumbledore designed a plan then to achieve three goals at the same time: make Voldemort & DeathEaters believe that Snape truly is on his side by killing D. Save Draco from killing D. Save himself humilation of slow & painful death.

  • @DrixUy Snape did not want to do it.. he's trying to rebel against it, but he sees D's point too.. the problem is, no one from Order knows the side Snape really is on - and no one should know, not to blow his cover. Dumbledore leaves S in this position cause D knows S can still protect students from too much cruelty from Voldemort.. It's a thick plot, not just one solution answer..

  • While Dumbledore falls, it reminds me of when Gandalf fell in 'The Fellowship of the Ring'

  • @jishimushi3 me toooo :D

  • @jishimushi3 YOU SHALL NOT FALL!

  • @jishimushi3 Also reminds you of when darth vader throws the emperor in star wars episode 6.

  • Hard to believe that Dumbledore planned for Snape to kill him just so that way Voldemort would gain power. But just imagine how things would have turned out if he didn't die, it was fate (sadly).

  • Also Snape didn't have much choice he also made that Unbreakable Vow with Narcissa Malfoy hmmm...so sad both of these characters didnt deserve to die (Snape and Dumbledore I mean.)

  • sape should hava had the elder wand =/

  • @MattChuProductions If you press it repeatedly it sounds like, "Anus." lol just saying.

  • HP and the Deathly Hallows Pt 2 ended up being awesome! My buddy and I just now saw it leaked online. We stumbled upon it on watchharrypotter.us

  • I think they should have done the funeral like in the book. I pictured it so perfect, and beautiful. But the movies are always so different from the books. You don't know and can't truely love Harry Potter until you have read the books.

  • Why! Why! Why, did he have to do it!!!! I HATE YOU SNAPE EVEN MORE THAN I DID BEFORE

  • @PolishGal4eva Cause Dumbledore asked him to do it

  • snape was suppose to kill dumbledore, it was the plan, obvious reason why dumbledore said please, i read all the books, so it makes sense, this is only intended for ppl who didnt read the book

  • When he said please he wasn't begging for his life he was begging snaps to kill him so malfoy wouldn't have to

  • read 7th book *SPOILER* dumbledore wanted snape to kill him to save malfoy.

  • @Thechangerofways He wanted him to kill him in order to save Snape, remember that Snape was at risk of dying due to the Unbreakable Vow he made with Narcissa.

  • @emodrazo ah yes, thx for correcting :)

  • @Thechangerofways not really a correction because Dumbledore also worries about his students! :)

but yeah, the vow and malfoy were to reasons.... :P

  • re-watching this...and seeing Dumbledore say to Snape "Please...", I feel like Dumbledore was encourage Snape to do it, and poor Snape and Malfoy...they looked so miserable after the ordeal.

  • one big important part happened in this part.

  • I didn't like HBP that much when I saw it in theaters. But everytime I rewatch it, it gets so much better.

    Great movie.

  • So, Snape teleported from the basement to the upper level?

  • Snape has become my favorite character now, I really love the "avada kedavra" pronouncation

  • You can so tell Snape is a good guy when he doesn't kill Harry.

  • how did it make him fly off the tower was it the force of the curse

  • @charlieiscool1000 Yeah, plus he was standing by the balcony too, so I bet the curse knocked him backwards.

  • "What Brings you here on this fine spring evening" haha even near death dumble door is funny

  • @Darkseeker109

    Dumbledore, idiot... :)

  • @brucoshijada Yeah I know that now IDIOT!

  • @Darkseeker109 its not "dumbledoor" idiot. "shut the dumbledoor" -.-

  • You can just tell by the look on Snape's face that he was thinking "I dont. want. to. do. this!"

  • @Silme037 Yeah, I actually liked in the movie how they made Snape looked. In the threatre, I felt so bad for him when he had to do the curse, especially when he foreshadowed before that he didn't want to do it.

  • @Silme037 and he didnt =)

  • @drahunter213 haha, yeah not technically ^_~

  • @Silme037 He definitely didn't want to. It explains better in the last movie, Snape killed Dumbledore to:

    - Protect Draco Malfoy

    - Prove his loyalty to Voldemort

    - Put him through a quick death instead of letting him die from the "ring curse".

  • @MinamuTV well, yeah I knew that, lol. They explain it really well in the book, especially :P

  • @Silme037 when i first saw this scene in theaters i hated snape very very hard and i thought that dumbledore wanted mercy it was so sad ;(

  • @sletzorz hah, well you should have read the books before seeing the movie, you'd appreciate and love them so much more :)

  • NOOO!!!!!!!!!

  • which harry potter was this?

  • Half Blood Prince (6)

  • hmm, cool
