  • How is moisture and VOC going to ventilate out? How do you bring in fresh air? See all that OSB.......it offgasses lika siv. The biggest investment most people ever make, why try to DIY? No respect for professionals and why they choose NOT to use SIPS, ICF, Spray foams, radiant heating, conditioning attic spaces, paying for an energy star stamp that is worth the peice of paper it came on. Maybe next you can try to build your own car, do surgery on yourself, soo why professionals are important
