she is laughing at the dude when he gets a huge phone. and the old lady, she is in ALOT of videos!!!! the old lady in the Renaissance Fair commericial gives a mean look to one of the guys in the band, she also appears in the Singing Pirates video doing the same thing!. {the first one i belive}

and she is in the "bicycles" video as the CROSSING GUARD! and she also gives a mean look in this video to!
