If one can break a stack of wood or bricks or even just one board successfully - then that demonstrates the power of what it would do to a human's bones - get it? Would you perfer demos being done on humans? Watch people break a persons leg on a slab perhaps?

However it has grown far beyond that. Muay Thai's purpose was created for a more violent of a reason.
