If you're going to talk about the musicality then yes, there are many precise strains of Black Metal, but the concept came with Sabbath and was fully formed and coined as a genre by Venom. Black Metal is first and foremost lyrically and image based, any other observations you may have are simply personal opinion and therefore obsolete. Sorry to sound like a pompous snob, but you brought it upon yourself.
