Correct me if Im wrong the BC name is as follows " First SURNAME " so the BC is his human name first only his surname is a fiction with no " Mr " Title or signature therefore if one says there name in correct manner like he did Raymond of the family STCLARE this can only say STCLARE is the fiction at a stretch which should wave everything and I bet that cop has his name in all CAPS FIRST SURNAME or Mr STCLARE on the paperwork which is the REAL FICTION not a half fiction invalid BC regardless.
