I remember the statue of liberty documentary special, and this short especially, still to this day. On a lark, I decided to look it up and behold, youtube has it! Thanks, Jimmy. Another childhood memory refreshed and revitalized. :)

It's from "My Friend Liberty," a thirty minute cartoon that was shown on the Disney Channel in the eighties.
