i'm 33 and of course i grew up listening to Boston's music from the 70's and 80's, but growing up in the 90's, when their Walk On album came out, i remember just thinking how legendary they were/are, and then in 2007, this shit happens, and.... it just blew my mind, just blew my mind that he did what he did... still very very very angry!
Awesome video! (Are you sure it's your first one?) Love the variety of photos and how well they matched up to the words and music playing at that moment. I've loved Bradley Delp's vocals since I first heard them and have been a fan ever since. Boston was the first concert I ever went to in 1980 when I was just 16. I regret not getting a chance to see him in later years. I've enjoyed a lot of music over the years, but the unique vocals of Bradley Delp will always be my very favorite!
Awesome video Majikmann30. Made it my SOng of the day on Facebook! Miss Brad, but Boston Rocked last summer when they opened for my friend, Miss Stevie. Actually they out performed her that night. Detroit Loved them!!! Makes some more videos my friend, you are great!!! Hugs from the D.
My Uncle's here in the Philippines introduced me to Rock & Roll i was 10Yrs Old..have me listen to alot of stuff, then BOSTON, that was the first clear & amazing HardRock Vocals Id ever heard & since then my bench mark of an awesome Rock vocals is non other that Brad Delp, Thanks for the Memories Mr.Delp..Rockin Boston then till Now...Delp & Boston forever.
I think eventually the media will realize what a loss we have suffered. Yes, I am still in total disbelief. I really feel for his family and friends. I hope they know the fans care....still, unbelievable.
It blows my mind that Anna gets way more attention from her death than Brad...Is it because the media thrive on the high profile stars? Just because Brad was a quiet, low profile guy who did ALOT for other people and preferred to stay out of the limelight, doesn't mean his recognition and reputation should be forgotten...WE need to keep talking about him and making and playing all the tribute we can to this humble guy who left us way toooooo early!!!
I still can not believe he is gone!!! I am continuously playing any music that had Brad Delp on it... I am still hurting BIG time! anyone else feel the same way?? :(
Thanks so much...Great tribute.
