Okay, are you a idiot. Guerrero was a very good player and it was a decline when they lost him. And yes Time has caught up with A Rod and Jeter. Rodriguez is Getting way to hold to keep up with the young players with years to come and Jeter just needs to stay healthy, but he won't hold for long.

And rodirguez is very overrated player.He isn't a clutch type of a guy.Jeter was clutch but father time is catching up to the great jeter.But derek doesnt have to prove anything.He was one of the best ever,but these bananas on this team with swisher,texeira and rodriguez,poor clutch hitting guys.You cant rely only on Cano.You need more clutch guys and a solid starting pitching staff that all 4 starters keep the ERA under 3.50 is vital to a world series ring..Wake up GM!

198 yankees: 4 killer starters,el-duque,Conehead,Wel­ls,pettite,relievers: nelson,rivera. oneil,williams,martinez,etc. now that was a team.I've been watching the yankees since he day mantle retired. the yankees never win the championship unless they have 4 quality starters,not a bunch of bananas that give up 2 homeruns to the first 2 batters in a playoff???????????? Yankees are nothing like the late 90's dynasty.This team basically sucks.They never have enough good quality starters.thats the majow problem and rodriquez is a bum! He doesn't have any championship heart and ability when it comes down to the nitty gritty.Jeter is just about finished,rivera is getting too old.those banana heads swicher and texeira are not in the championship quality as bernie,oneill and martinez were.Tino didnt need to hit 300 to win championship games.
