2 hints for the secret: sugar.... mexican coke has cane sugar .... not corn syrup as american coke .... and the water .... mexican coke uses purified water with inverse osmosis... while american coke uses filtered water

Mexican Coca Cola is soooooo good. I mean, I can barely even touch the American stuff after I first had a Mexican one.

I mean, they're sweet, refreshing, and they don't leave the after effects (Bad taste, coated mouth). like the American stuff does. After drinking the Mexican stuff, I feel like I didn't have one at all. Where as after drinking the American stuff, I feel like junk.

Oh, and at Sam's Club, you can get a case of 24 Mexican Coca Cola Bottles for $20.00 US!!!! :D

i wonder why coca cola does not jump on this. soft drinks in the 50`s and 60`s tasted so much better. when they were made with pure cane sugar instead of corn syrup which leaves an after taste. c`mon coke wake up

You are right. I want Coca Cola to not only return to cane sugar, but also to return to the 1886 formula by putting cocaine back in those coke. That will make it taste sooooo good like mmmmm.

Well the only difference is the type of sugar they use in Mexico made with pure sugar cane. The sugar used in the US coke is the same sugar, but it is refined with corn syrup, and that leaves you with a different taste and 99 percent of sucrose.

I'm Mexican and I'll tell you the secret, mexican coke is made with pure sugar, and the one here in the states is made from high fructose corn syrup, thats why your mouth feels dry and weird after you finish drinking it.. =]

I agree. Mexican coke much better. However, they needs to push the formula back forward to the 1886 formula to include cocaine.
