@ershadsocal As a general rule, anything thats artificial can not be healthy. This also includes the use microwave.
If you must use it, make sure to never use plastic containers in the microwave, as chemicals from the plastic will absorb into the food or beverage. I personally prefer to heat food in a skillet, It just as fast, except you have to clean the skillet after. It's just a matter of getting used to.

@ershadsocal I would like to suggest using fresh ground coffee, not freeze dried.
And you don't need a fancy coffee maker. You can use something called a french press...Its just as fast but much better. And also, try to use a kettle instead of microwave for heating water...microwave is hazardous. You can buy the french press in Starbucks, they sell for about 10 dollars.
