Judging from the video, Mr. Sampson received a "verdict" of "guilty" without hearing and a "verdict" rendered without evidence, just a "complaint." What happens when people complain to co-workers about their fragrance, or hairstyle?
It is appalling that Ms. Watkins received no sanctions for irresponsible behavior, making a judgment based entirely on a misguided and ignorant complaint. We are becoming a nation of "guilty because someone takes offense to our choice of words or actions."
