    im using whole dried peas. full to burstign so its damn near solid.

  • good job :D also if your a boxer or thinking of doing boxing you have good hand work, but keep your elbows tucked in closer, even when your throwing punches because i see your elbows start to spread away towards the end :] in all very nice rated 5 stars

  • 4 speed u shud do sum wing chun chain punches

  • chain punches are good. they work on a circular route one going over the other. i use a resistance band to help build my hand speed and one the exercises i do is a chain punch WITH the band. 20 punches in each set 10 times. and then to the more "western" style of shots. again 20 sets of 20.

  • thats right. the torque of the movment and the increase in the power of the hits comes from the hips. but the harder you push with your foot the more power you can out put via your hips.

  • Nice form and technique dude I just have one question. Why do you wear the gloves when you are punching the bag? Won't it be easier to condition ur hands if you don't have the gloves on?

  • thanks my man. to answer your question i had some skin missing from my knuckle that week and i wanted to carry on training. so i just put on some wool fingerless gloves and got to it. i use this thing called dit da jow to help conditoin my skin.

  • Great Job bro! one thing that has always gave me good callus on my knuckles and toughen the skin on the fist is, bare knuckle, take a roll of low pile carpet and wrap it around a 150lb bag with some duct tape, the carpet will leave burns at first but after awhile you will callus up and have tuff hard pad on the knuckles! not the prettiest thing but it makes a big diff in bare knuckle fighting!

  • hey thanks rage! glad you like it. i use this stuff called dit da jow. its really good. bruises and swellings go down quick and it helps to tuffen your skin while keeping it supple. hope your own training is going well. shape cant meet up and have a few rounds.

  • hi dragoon. you can pick them up at martial arts stores and some sport stores. look up "wing chun wall bag" on the net. i got mine from tao sports. theyr good. fill itfull with dried peas!!!

  • you mean styles? weel im big on being a rounded fighter. stand up, clinch, grapple, ground and weapons. involved/ and been involved in boxing, muay thai, jkd/kali silat, curr working splashing hands kung fu. for the grounf judo and submission wrestling. weapons was kali, best weapons style going. so those the styles i've used to make MY style. but fighting? i dip into competion every so often to test myself. won a belt 2.5-3 yrs back. had street fights. last one was in july. tap back. peace.

  • it depends who to use them. you can damage your hands beyond repair hitting a punch bag. you just become awear the wall bag. if filled with hard stuff, has a tuffer surface and filling. listen to your body. use tiger balm or find some one how does good dit do jow. will help with conditioning your hands. tap back if you wwant to chat more. peace.

I like that wall bag too semms like it forces u to concentrate not just on speed but accuracy. Mess around and break a hand on one of them bricks. Keep it up looking good. Nice bow too.
