I have the exact same insecurities. One minute I feel skinny (and pretty) and the next I feel fat and ugly. And I really don't have friends, well I talk to people in class but no one actually comes over to hang out except my best friend but she lives in another town. I heard saying "I love you" to yourself everyday helps but I'm doubtful. Well awesome video and you are beautiful . :)

I also feel insecure when people call me beautiful. I think that you shouldn't put more make up on to make yourself feel beautiful but rather change your concept of beauty. By buying into make up you're making yourself believe that the only want to be beautiful is to change your appearance. Yes, I do agree that everyone is beautiful and the key is confidence to bring that beauty out.

im like the queen of insecurities! lol i have a lot on my plate which always always brings me down! @ times i give up n just go along with every1 else n laugh along with what ppl say about me. it does hurt but im used to people judging me. im 17 5.1 and weigh 165 . when i come home my brothers say things such as " your fat, your the only fat one in our family i dont even think you belong, or your a pig or pork" i laugh it out at times but others i just feel like shit.
