@ctoth666, you're a dumbass. This is in 2002. The US Open you're referring to is that of 2003. What more is that Roddick played Nalbandian in the semifinal, not the final. And the way Roddick played during that US Open, coupled with the fact that he had just beaten Federer in Toronto during a stellar hard court season in which he went something like 21-1, means that there'd be no guarentees. The idea that Nalbandian gave up compounds your idiocy, but what could be expected of a "what if" player.

Federer is great. But, about Roddick, I simply don't understand why he always does the Smash vertically. His Smash only goes down, not down and foward to go away from his oponent. His smash goes absulutelly down in vertical line. That way, of course the ball will still be available for his oponent to hit it again. He always smashes like that - and this one in the first point in this video was the most ridiculous of his career.
