@MsCaudill i'm in northern kentucky.things so bad here since the gov bot all farmers out of tobacco.so a few farmers got together and dug a hole and started growing shrimp,no shit...turned out to be big.this passed summer/fall they selling there fresh shrimp on the newport levy cooked to order,that alone made there shrimp business worth it..they sold big time,people stuck around.

ive got some inlaws from northern kentucky. My boyfriends family raised tobacco, and worked on His familys tobacco farm growin up.that was their cash crop. thats how they lived. then the Gov comes through and takes their livelihood away from them, with no remorse, just because its cheaper to pay someone else to grow it. now out there in most of the little towns are ghost towns. its sad really how the gov will cut their own peoples throat to save some cash.most have moved away.
