Hey i have the academy 2011 propaganda size 145 an im not sure if it is reverse camper. Can u help me out

I'd say based on your height and boot size, the Rhythm 159 would probably be best if you want it to be more of a pow/freeride board, and the 156 if you want to focus more on park and jibbing. The Rhythm regular camber is a mid wide so you'll be fine with your bigger boot size. But, the Rhythm Reverse Camber is a reg width, so it may be a little narrow for your boots. If you're looking for a reverse camber, the Propaganda RC is mid wide, so you might want to check the Propaganda 156RC out.

I'm 6 2 and 165 pounds and wear a size 11

I live in the west so there's alot of pow but I do alot of park as well

What siZe academy rhythm would be a good size for me?

It will ride a touch longer, the main 'length' factor people notice when riding a board is the effective edge, and the reverse cambers Propagandas have a slightly longer effective edge than the regular cambers of comparable size. since the nose and tail are blunted will the 152cm feel a little bigger or will it feel like a true 152

The Propaganda can still handle in powder, but a bigger size definitely helps.
