Installing Vision

127.0.0.1/dashboard ??? dude i have the site live on a web host, I downloaded vision into my PC. Click vision.exe. I sow a DOS command pomp, saying is coming. Then my fire wall asked me to give permission to ruby.. Then nothing happed!!!

ALSO: Can we use Dreamweaver to edit the index page?--instead of using vision. i dont get what vision is for if we end up editing on a text pad.

Thanks for mentioning the Vision server at the end. I was wondering if I had to run this on WAMP/XAMP.
