@eternallovebomb No way!! If you rewatch Buffy, you'll notice heavy implication that Cordelia acts the way she does as a way to protect herself. She's highly independent but afraid to be alone. Sherry on the other hand, is more like Buffy. Believing in the whole "written in the stars/Prince Charming" crap.

chrysakitten- He wasn't upset about her wearing a yellow dress, just that she was irreverent enough to wear it to a funeral. Even if it was Nana's favorite colour it just isn't accepted unless everyone alredy knows why. It makes it look like you're celebrating that she's dead. Not a good thing, especially when she's supposedly you're favourite person.

Sherry is a little annoying. Her dad isn't telling her to become a successful business woman or someone like him. He just wants her to finish her damn education from the sounds of it. Okay maybe he doesn't pay her enough attention or he gets upset over things like yellow dresses but still. Her dad is trying to look out for her.

This episode proved to me that Sherry is one big whiner. Everybody around her just wants to get in, but the moment they point out her issues (the girl wants to find a guy to save her instead of doing something for herself)she bites back. Her father was doing nothing wrong. If I got kicked out of school, five times, my god how my parents would ring my little neck.

I feel sorry for the people around her who have to take her attitude.
