Me gusta entrenar en este volcán subiendo con mi bicicleta (mtb). Creo que en total he subido unas 50 veces! siempre ha sido duro pero la fuerza que se adquiere después de cada ascenso, es excelente. Desde Lloa hasta el refugio hay 15.8 km y mi récord ha sido de 02h04:50. Espero algún día mejorarlo, aunque lo dudo.
