According to this objective study 4% of priests have been acused of the sexual abuse of minors (mostly teenage boys). That means that 96% of priests have been acused of nothing. Also, the vast majority of abuse happened between 1950 and 1980. Many of the cases we hear about are decades old.

He should have stood trial, but now he's hiding in the Vatican. We have no idea how large the percentage is, but we know it seems to be growing every day, we may never know exactly how many priests are involved because their crimes have been covered up.
