This has to be the worst cookbook i have ever used, it is badly written in as much that the recipe instructions lack important information.

If you cook the Caribbean Curry, as per the instructions in the book, then you will end up with a broth/stew, and then you will be looking at a bowl of onions, pepper, garlic, spring onions, (The marinade) and wonder...what do i do with this?

There are no instructions as to how to mix the ingredients at all...
