@DBAToolZ this is a reference to the EM CC 12c split of the agent into two distinct parts - the core agent, and the target specific plugins that are used to monitor and manage the targets on the host. So in this sense, every plugin is for a non-host target as the core agent monitors and manages the host. In hindsight we could have chosen a better name for our demo plugin.
