  • Lo ve it

  • Got damn this joint is nice as hell. Thanks for the upload.

  • Mix Jazz with Drum & Bass. This is great.

  • @andyncfcgetshypedup It's called Jazzstep - although Jazzstep usually means samples overtop Drum and Bass beats... the occasional live instrument... MAKOTO is the leader in that genre :) And, as Japan has a lovely Nu Jazz culture, they all get to work with eachother...

  • This is one of my favourite songs of all time. Easily top 10, probably top 5. I like ALL music, especially classic rock.. I think this is just amazing.

  • Sorry gobrowns1 I gotta mess with ya - I'm glad you have this type of soothing music, i hope you have a whole lot of it 2 ease the stress of your sunday afternoons lol Hey I can talk - not long b4 detroit gave every other losing team someone to look down to last year my dolphins were 1 - 15 lol good luck great post!

  • i just realized these lyrics are through the most of the song xD:

Help me to see, beyond my needs

my joy your pain, good sun bad rain

no feet to dance, then dance on hands

black as the night, white as the light

    something else was in two parts of the song. that was trippy though lol didn't even notice for a long time. got lost in the awesomeness of the music >.>;

  • Tis okay dwb17 ^^ i did the same thing XD

you should hear the original version. it's as good as this one

  • -was nosy and saw you're friends with Roroan- oh shit son, it's you! lmao forgot to add you as a friend xD

  • check out this

    i find very similar

    watch?v=fH5Nf2rB6CY

  • I say screw the popular society and make ur own, be yourself and be the fox not the sheep and lead your own life! ;)

  • What an original, unique, non-conformist thing to say. You truly are an intellectual leader.

  • Wooow masterpiece eight minutes goes by fast man

  • Great song! The right touch of soul, beats and lyrics.

  • Perhaps the smoothest tune I/ve heard since Herbie Hancocks'' Butterfly" back in the day! Domo Arigato from beautiful San Diego!

  • Much as I love Kyoto JM, the best mix is the original D&B Makoto feat Cleveland Watkiss which you should be seeing now in the "Related Videos" panel to the right of this - check it out - the video's pretty damn good too.

  • I say f**K the radio!Who needs a buch of faggots deciding what u should listen to?the radio is for the sheep who needs guidence..listen to ur feelings, what do they tell u?

  • @Jamokai: ...Um, dude, get a chill pill. Did you ever think that these guys did not also use the radio to get noticed in the first place? Usually, you get airplay, then you get popularized and eventually you start to branch out. And you mispelled guidance, btw. And my feelings tell me that I oughta put you back in your place for dissing all the musicians who unlike you, put effort into actually getting as far as receiving airplay and being widely noticed.

  • @krzyjazzy I don't think he meant it as an insult to the musicians on the radio, but to the people who just listen to whatever is on the radio and just take that as the "good music" and don't try to explore other artists.

although I really have nothing against people who do that, if they like that kind of music that's cool. but for me, I've never been able to make a connection with mainstream music. at least not north american mainstream. although I agree he didnt have to call them faggots LOL.

  • @NathanMantle

lol,ur right,I guess the right word is gay-radio host.Thank God for the internett.

  • @Jamokai: Oh, before I forget. Do you know what you want to do in life? I'm seriously asking you this. If you do, then it better be useful than staying on your computer staying frustrated at a complete stranger for no reason. I browsed your profile and saw that you lived in Norway. Take advantage of where you live and do something beneficial and meaningful with your life. Because that's what these guys and the radio host and the sheep are all doing and you're not.

  • @krzyjazzy Yo get off Jamokais dick lol.. haterrrrrrr

  • @liljezta1: Kay. I'm no "hater". Infact, i'm a fan of music. I just think that what he says doesn't make sense to me. And that the way he expresses himself is contradictory to what he told me. And also that his point of view isn't necessarily positive to how the industry works.

  • @krzyjazzy Lol yah, I came in and just read a cool quote then u dogging on him. - didnt do my research on whos better lol. just wanted to comment ahha =P

bet both of yal are cool cats

  • @liljezta1: Actually, you're the cool cat cuz you get to teach in japan! I find that totally radical! Hope we get to see it sometime! :) Oh, chances are he's probably a decent person in "real life"; it's just that I don't think that anyone should be biased on their perception of the music industry unless they've personally experienced it. And he said so himself that he hadn't, so it's not fair to the musicians who want to be heard nor is it fair to the radio jockeys who promote this music.

  • @krzyjazzy Haha well thats way down the line in my life- well 3 years about... But thanks :D are you diong the same?!

  • @krzyjazzy

and my feelings tell me I should put u out of ur misery.Who the hell are u?If u dont like what I say, then buzz the fukk off,u fukkin lowlife kokksukker. And I am very chill,I listen to chillout all day, sukka.Who the hell cares about my english grammer, its an ugly language anyway.Btw,I dont do pills, and I am no musician, but if I where, the money and recognition would not be the motivator, god dam kokksukker of a sheep.

  • @Jamokai: Congratulations, you do know how to spell. That's still one mistake less than what else you've written. And seriously, if you were chill as you keep saying you are, you'd sound chill and you seriously don't. So then why speak in English if you think its an ugly language? If you want me to take you seriously then clean your act up and speak coherently.

  • @krzyjazzy

I speak in English because it is an international language.Who said I want u to take me seriously?I think ure a bit high on urself.U just keep listening to ur radio.I respect ur right to have and state your opinion,so please do the same for others, even if you think they are wrong.

  • @krzyjazzy

    Btw,Epic fail dude,U MISSPELLED "mispelled".LOL!!!!

  • @Jamokai

No kidding, I haven't listened to the radio in years...

  • @Jamokai Wow that was deep lol

  • @Jamokai I agree (minus the expletives).

  • @Jamokai totally agree !!!

  • @Jamokai Preach brother! Preach! Ha!

  • @Jamokai that was beautiful.....

  • @Jamokai ...

  • @Jamokai word! you said it like it is my brotha

  • @Jamokai you need to check Gilles Peterson on radio 1, Wednesday 2am-4am GMT :-)

  • @Jamokai uh-mazing comment.

  • @Jamokai

If you wouldn't have used the word faggot, you would have said something very wisely!

  • @Jamokai i say the same just not to vulgar

  • @Jamokai How dare you use the word faggot. Wake up from your sad slumber.

  • @ibmbitch ignorant people are gonna use that word regardless, it would take more than awakening

  • @Jamokai enit mate, i agree, nice one.

  • @Jamokai PREACH!!!

  • @Jamokai Great comment but it would have been excellent if you dropped the "faggots" part. But I can dig the point you are trying to make. Anybody still listening to the Radio is a virtual slave anyhow.

  • @Jamokai WA WA WEEE WAUUU!!!! EXACTLLY!!! unfortunately, ppl are fucken retarted, always wanting to conform to be accepted...never develop a backbone! This music is amazing! Thank universe for youtube :D

  • 5 estrellas

  • loungeeeee fantastic...!

  • i love this, its so relaxing!!! so smooth and fresh I love it : D

  • This is where music should be heading toward, modern radio really doesn't have this favor. Modern is can favor same same.

  • It not being on mainstream radio is what makes it unique.

Perhaps, it wasn't meant for the masses and created for people who have eccentric ears that can recognize wonderful sounds.

    We are them.

  • Couldn't have said it better, agree with you 100%

  • Couldn't have said better myself :D
