The bus is not driven by any human, neither its carrying any. This is a concrete road barrier test. They do it to see if the concrete safety barrier can divert/contain the bus after collision or impact so that the bus/car should stay on the same carriageway rather than ending up on the opposite carriageway can cause a chain of accidents.
Thats a new_flyer bus... and yeap seen them crashed and the town bus co garage, theyre safe, they deflect a head on collision like it's nothing but will massacre anything they hit.

k-rails on average weight 10300 lb ,and a 40 foot bus over 50000 lb. i think it would have done more damage. wounder how fast it was going.

I think this was a test to show how well the concrete barriers worked. The concrete barriers definitely did an excellent job.
