Raining paint is not a way to play. Anyone can buy a fast gun and rain paint We have taken on semis and kicked there butts. It should be about the player not the gun.

its not paintball if u can run all the way down the field on the break with 3 balls flying ur way. its calld semi auto= real paintball, although this may seem more fun, there is almost no skil.

I just have to laugh at that "it's not paintball". Pump is how paintball originated

In pump paintball you have to out move, out aim, and out play your opponent. Using a semi, it's less moving, aiming, and playing and more riding the trigger. It's really easy to get a lucky paintball through when you're shooting 15 BPS...it's not that hard to get a lucky paintball through when you're shooting 5-10 BPS. Your definition of skill is warped.

It's all relative. Some pump players say it's not skill if you're shooting 15+ bps, but you also have to adjust your game to account for the people shooting at you at 15+ bps. Some players say, theirs no skill to it if you can run half way up the field with out getting shot at ;), but the other team can do that too. It's a matter of adjusting your play to who you're playing against. Sorry if I came across like a jerk in my earlier post, but I get defensive when people rip on pump play.

I agree with you but people have to realize that paintball is strategics and tactical. you have to be able to rain paint on the other team to confuse them while one of your members is running to the snake (example... i am not sure how pump paintbll is played though

You know what, I'm not going to take that the wrong way. I do play real tournements, and I do find them fun and challanging.

However like I said before, there is a challange in gat vs. gat just as there is a challagne in pump vs. pump. There are different skill groups in both styles. I still would encourage you to give pump a shot. If nothing else it's something fun to do.

@lilJJbeans You're an idiot. these guys have played plenty of that, spraying 20 balls down the field a second isnt really that fun to the veterans.

a paintball kill is much more honorable when you can aim, fire on shot and bam hit.

Just the other day me and my dad (Not on my team) were just playing some rec ball and I was wearing my team jersey and there was this group of 20 collage students and I asked if me and my dad could play and they let my dad play (Not wearing a jersey) and didn't let me play
