  • @z34gtp9395 can ati do phys X and 3d vision? why does "ati rules" as you you say?

  • @satellitedirecTV are trying to give nvidia video editing advice? are you really that bored. what other effects does it need. it just a guy talking for a minute.

  • Ive just managed to get my ATi working with nvidia physx :D

but guess what' nvidia are releasing games using CUDA now .... .. Just cause 2

    Again!! GO FUCK YOURSELF

SELFISH BATSARDS ... they know ATi are better at rendering graphics ...

  • V-ray + CUDA = Breathtaking visuals at consumer desktops D:

  • You never fail Nvidia.

    P.S

I'm tired to hell with ATI crapping out on me. poor drivers.

  • Nvidia go fuck yourself

  • @R3AP3R664 what has nividia ever done to you. i enjoy phys-x and 3d vision sorry you have so much hate. if you can you should fuck your ass with your TI CARD!

  • Wish developers keep getting busy on the PC for PC instead of the shallow shiny short games for consoles.

  • Except they don't because Consoles are backed up by Huge publishers like Sony or Microsoft.

  • i agree

  • Ещё бы рассказали всем как они свои Quadro-карты, создают из тех же чипов что и обычные GeForce'ы, но зато продают на много дороже и с «правильными» драйверами.

  • I want to see when they have games that run like Avatar looks. So we have real time rendering that fast.

Hopefully with the next major console upgrade, or the one after it. (maybe 10 years or so?)

Think about how crazy it would be if the games looked as good as Cameron's Avatar (and in 3d!)

  • Look as good as Cameron's Avatar in 3D?

I ASSURE you: It will NOT take 10 years;)

    Heard of Moore's Law?

  • @wildreams

That would be great if it's sooner, but to get it cost effective in the home console market I was thinking it might be the upgrade after next. He is talking Billions of Polygons, plus people need to have 3D TV's and the companies want to be able to make money at it.

    I'm looking forward to a 4k (2160P twice 1080P) 3D TV - imagine blu-ray upscaled!

  • 'Hi I'm Dennis you fear of director of marketing and media responsible for the club wrote professional graphics solutions'

  • ..How about the Category: "Card that Works best in Games for 300$?"....lol!... Actually DX 11 could easily be enabled in Programing but then a Lot more people would be using their gtx 285's and ATI 4890's for a little longer and WE couldn't have that!!!...lol!..

  • Same fucking Taiwanese/ Chinese Factory workers and parts! So who the fuck cares if its nvidia or ATI since the power can be very good on both cards... They are not cars for christ sake.

  • i guess ATI for gaming and nvidia for super gaming and movies lol

i agree on that ati has good low prices on their cards also good performance but i still like nvidia. been with it since the start :D kind of

  • Up to 100 times faster? So if we had a render which takes 100 days, Nvidia Quaddro can do it in 1 day? If that's true, I'm speechless.

  • We used to have a MAC at work, then we switched to PC and the stuff would run 120 times faster. So what would take a few hours on a MAC would be done in a few minutes on a PC. It was amazing. This was a few years ago, but the time improvement was astonishing.

  • @theknowbody macs and PC are the same exact thing.. the only thing diff is the OS they run... if you have a PC and a mac that are using the same hard ware you wont see a diff at all.. maybe by 1 or 2 min diff but thats about it

  • @SonsOfHateSphere

1frame costs about 1,5-2hrs rendering. 1 second contains 24Frames(framerate of HD media). Films durates 3hours. so calculate urselve.

This was because of Nvidia Tesla racks. A gpu can be 200 times faster in Single and Double Precision floating points than a normal Vector CPU. *intel i7 as example.

  • @SonsOfHateSphere Wrong, divide 100 by 2, it would take 50 days

  • Nvidia should work together with blender to make it run on the gpu. :)

  • Very nice! i didnt know that nvidia was the one behind the visual effects in certain movies like avatar.

I always whondered: who was behind all this insane visual effects? well, its nvidia.

    Its always been nvidia.

Nvidia will continue to rule the world in graphic performance and effects.

AMD/ATI will never be even close to poke nvidia :)

gogo nvidia, please release ur new fermi series;)

  • Nice ) Now i know who helps with effects ))

  • i love nvidia

  • There's no Nvidia GPU for sale yet.

  • this clip is about visual effects studios and the massive rendering NVIDIA/Quadro solutions provide...not about DX11...all the Oscar nominated movies for effects were NVIDIA

  • Why are you commenting this? I was answering to another comment, not talking about this video in particular.

  • only GTX400 series have DX11 support

  • well i have played at least 2 games with dx11 graphics with my gts250 and it worked fine

i doubt its only for the 400's

  • you wont see dx11 if you don't have a dx11 card

  • This isn't in DX11. It is only for the 5000-series and for the 400-series.

  • amazing stuff

  • pretty cool guy talks about pretty cool stuff

  • DX11 card plz

  • affirm 1 for me too pls
