So by seeing Arceus in an abnormal color, you have to find out what type it is, thus what type Judgment will be and how I can effectively attack him.

Legendaries are not banned (only most of the event ones mew, celebi etc) your allowed up to 2 I think. Alteast thats 2010 championship rules.

Plus I think those legendaries would be MUCH harder if they weren't hacked and were EV'ed.

Arceus is a normal pokemon and used all normal attacks

Dude arceus is normal type but he can change to any type he likes depending on the plate he is holding. The reason he can do this is because of his ability, multitype. When arceus (pronounced arkeus) is in his normal form, like in this battle, he is white, to resemble every type. He changes color depending on what plate he Is holding and what type that plate supports. In this battle he was normal type, because he wasn't holding a plate but he was yellow because it was a shiny arceus.
