Mr. Bean? I raced him on mario kart DS. he used a cheat machine and kept using items such as blue shells, lightning, and starmen. worst of all he wasn't trying to win, but cause havoc he kept ramming and attacking me and the other player and needless to say it was not fun. so I reported him and only time will tell if he ever shows up again.

That's because he's a FTL hacker, but I bet you now this by now. Personally, if I had this happen to me, I'd be doing one of two things: Laughing my ass of, like NoHack here, or swearing a lot. Probably would depend a lot on my mood that day, and if I planned on going into a hacker room. Now, if they hacked to win, that'd piss me off more. Kind of the opposite of you, it sounds like.
