A saint communicates with god every day in his prayers or meditation, and doesn't need a book to tell him bcoz he talks the author of the book directly. A scholar merely REads the book but will never understand its true meaning bcoz he never puts the knowledge to use. So like you just said do some Worshipping of other religions not just reading and see if they are Fake or not.

It is not just you but most hindus themselves only read the mahabharata and they think their job is done. REading is 10%, practicing is 90%. Go to DHAMMA.ORG...IT is called vipasan meditation FREE OF CHARGE all you have to do is register thats it. GO meditae for a few weeks and then see for yourself.

@Nur726 A scholar reads the quoran/bible or whatever book, a saint or monk puts the knowledge in the book to use. A saint communicates with god every day in his prayers or meditation, and doesn't need a book to tell him bcoz he talks the author of the book directly. A scholar merely REads the book but will never understand its true meaning bcoz he never puts the knowledge to use. So like you just said do some Worshipping of other religions not just reading and see if they are Fake or not.

I have nothing against the parsis but here are the facts, read it up. Persia was a super power around the birth of islam, the caliph umar never wanted to fight persia and wanted co-existence. We don't worship fire. The Iranian Zoroastrians do not. Our version of Zoroastrianism is more aligned with its original roots. Fire is a connection with God. It shows the might of God. Why do the Parsees follow so many hinduistic traditions? The coconut and the tiloo (dot on their heads) has nothing to do with Zoroastrianism. I have nothing against Hindu's, but this should not be allowed in Zoroastrianism. It has no meaning in our religion.

Please look up KUNDALINI YOGA/THIRD EYE, it will explain what the third eye is, if you practice yoga regularly anyone can open their third eye....thats why the bindi was originally worn to remind one where the third eye was, but nowadays it's merely used for decoration.

Zartosht & in Avesta has never forbid conversion, such rubbish. If you had to be Zoroastrian born & could not convert then how was Iran & so many of its nations convert to Zoroastrianism, they were converted & Zoroaster has no where said people cannot convert but you cannot force conversion like in Islam.

Why don't Parsi's allow for conversions? We Iranian Zoroastrians allow conversions and with Parsi support we could rejuvinate Zoroastrianism. It's dumb how so many of our people have disobeyed the true teachings of Zartosht.

Parsis don't allow conversions because when they landed in India they gave promise to the then Sanjan King Jadiv Rana that they shall not convert any person into Zoroastrianism.

In India, there are two types of Zoroastrians. First ones are called as Parsi meaning Persians who took refuge in India soon after fall of Zoroastrian empire. Second group is called as Iranis who migrated to India some 100 years ago again to escape from Islamic persecution. Parsis no longer use or know Persian language. They have adopted Gujrati language from Western India while Iranis being recent migrants still can speak Persian.
