  • I'm a trainer and would never give those exercises to any cients! He was straining his neck way too much through the whole thing; there is too many ways to screw your back and body up doing these as exercises.

  • kool man I really like the one leg hop with the lateral shoulder raise

  • and I guarantee all those know-it-alls who just do pullups, pushups and crunches have some crazy protracted shoulders, weak transverse abdominals, weak VMO's, weak rear delts, tight pecks, useless glutes, tight/weak hams and dominate quads. Learn a bit about biomechanics and you'll learn that continuing to do those 3 exercises will not make you stronger or more efficient at anthing except those 3 exercises. If you know everything, why aren't you a professional athlete?

  • why the fuck people put boot camp training as the title for this gimmicky ass working out routines, do 100s of crunches, lots pull ups, shitload of push ups and run 5 k in 20 minutes, thats boot camp training

  • @eatvids how is this stupid?? that's very ignorant of you to say when you probably never even tried this. do you seriously know the amount of strength it takes to do what he just did? it completely works out your abs and muscles, even doing this with two legs is hard too. the fact that he did it with one is incredible. so stop leaving dumb ass comments when you don't even know what the hell you are talking about!
