combee cant evolve if its male only if its female it can

I could be wrong, but I think if it's a male you're stuck with it. I reset it 10 or 15 times and it was a male Combee every time.

can you simply put the clock 12 hours ahead? or do you really have to wait?

Breed a male combee with a ditto, and keep on doing that, hatch your eggs and wait for a female instead of just trying to catch it. You can also make more, so they are not useless.

you can just battle the aroma lady on the way to heathome city.. she has a combee (bug/ flying) (male) lv. 17 (i think so) and a roselia (grass/ poison) (female/male) lv. 17/18
