Well there's always "Ääliö älä lyö, ööliä läikkyy." which I love to use to confuse my foreign friends. If you can say that fast three times in a row, you can say anything in finnish.
I dont know am i late, but i like this (i am from finland):
Etiäppäin, sanoi mummo lumessa. (forward, said the old woman in the snow)
(Etiäppäin is not forward, eteenpäin is forward, but etiäppäin is etiäppäin is a one Finnish dialect word which means forward. (I dont remember what dialect it was, but one of many :D)
This reflects the perseverance that has traditionally attached to the Finns. As the old lady decides to resolutely continue the progress in the snow, even if is stuck.
I agree with Klapu123. If you want a tattoo that truly represents the finnish spirit, "Sisu" would be a great option. Sisu the salmiakki has taken its name from it, and the logo is very well known, but the original meaning of the word has nothing to do with candy. :D and even though people have sisu-tattoos with the exact same font as the salmiakki-logo, those tattoos are mainly associated with the spirit, not the candy. :) At lest that's how I see it, since sisu-tattoos are pretty common here.
Geniale quel titolo di Juice, però deve essere scritto senza errori...
Per risparmiare l'inchiostro e il tuo dolore, perké non semplicemente "Perkele!", l'antico dio del tuono per i baltici... Vedi wikipedia in inglese: Perkūnas
i never leave a comment on videos.. but if i was on your position. i would take tattoo elmu.fi/kuvat/sisu/sisu_iso.jpg without that (r..) it says Sisu and it means a tough, unrelenting willpower, perseverance, irrepressible. if someone finnish saw that kind of tattoo it will know what it means :) sry about my bad english.
(google translate will give u horrible translation for this)
in my f#cked up mind that would be funny, especially for you if u have language barrier whit some finnish people. but thats retarded. the one u got Ei elämästä selviä hengissä? is pretty good or did i read it wrong?
Uh, no, you're just a little too excited. ;D Yeah, with that dark hair and and a nice tattoo, you'd make an excellent goth. I'd prefer "Sic hoc legere scis, nimis eruditionis habes". Just kidding. It's monday, and I'm lame. G'bye.

And yeah, "ööli" is little used slang for beer.

Yeah, it's because H is mute in Italian, maybe that's why it reads "engissä".

Google up "suomalaisia sananlaskuja"
leads you to site called wikiquote, theres tons of finnish sentences.
However, theres alot of 'new' finnish sentences that just are not cool.
My favorite one: "Tyhmästä päästä kärsii koko kroppa."
Zuttoh 1 year ago
The last word is missing an H. It should read 'Hengissä', not engissä.

Askel askeleelta portaita kiivetään.
Ei omena kauas puusta putoa.
Ei pisara meressä tunnu.
Ei työt tekemällä lopu, eikä järvi soutamalla kulu.
These are some other sentences too :P
