I just hop on the Stability Ball when me and my girlfriend get on them to do squat and pass the medicine ball together. It's not really that hard once you try a couple times and have some sort of coordination to be honest. I have mine and her stability ball squats on my channel and mine I go all the way down to the ball with my butt.
All you haters. Go in the gym and try this...it's a lot more difficult than it looks, but it's beneficial, depending on what you're training for. Good stuff figthersdreams. Thanks.
He says that he's IN PERFECT BALANCE... but in reality he looks like a Kid trying to show his Mom a trick. You know a stupid child who you KNOW is about to get hurt for being young, dumb and the brain is still NUMB.
Gotta love those personal trainers... if the text books told them to spin plates on the end of umbrellas they would do it and tell you that it builds up your wrist support tendon connectors. They are fools, and the training they give is Irresponsible and Dangerous.
You're a moron for coming in here and blasting me in my own videos. If you ever did those exercices you'd know how much they help. Doing a biceps curl is dangerous, you can tear you biceps! lol I don't recommand those exercices to anyone for sure, but if you're young healthy and you practice them in a safe, controlled environement there's nothing wrong doing them. I know of the scientific studies which say swiss balls aren't beneficial but I've experience a whole lot improvement in my wrestling
@figthersdreams really? So would doing a handstand with my head alone, whilst balancing a couple of dumbells on the souls of my feet be perfectly ok so long as it's done in a safe, controlled environment? Sorry. It's ridiculous. Want to improve your balance, take up surfing or ride a unicycle, but don't engage in silly and dangerous practices such as this.
Total MORON. You can convince people to do almost anything if you give them some bullshit reason like, "it makes your core stronger"... but it doesn't. Nobody does thier homework. Scientific research clearly proves that unstable surfaces are a dangerous farce, a shock to the nervous system, and yet they NEVER improve the core strength like old fasioned squats and deadlifts. It's a stupid fad that personal trainers (who also have no bodies to speak of) are promoting to sound smart. what a joke.
I can tell you I'm also a wrestler and a mixed martial artist and I frequently wrestle with guys who are national/panamerican level who have 10 times more technique then I do and they still have a hard time taking me down. I attribute my balance to those balance exercises I do since no one to seem to put the emphasis I put in my training.
@mydogjesus You are so lost my friend, I think you're on a completely wrong youtube channel... Here's a tip genius pick up a book... having a stronger core is exactly what this exercise produces... it may be an advanced move but @fightersdream gives excellent tips on how to learn the move! So don't be so ignorant you're making your self to look like a douchebag! keep up the great work fightersdream... ignore this hater he's not worth your time

Any swiss ball can take lots of weight. I can't tell you exactly. As long as you full it with air you'll be fine
figthersdreams 2 years ago
wow impressive how heavily do you have to inflate the ball??
