I bought the Revo 3.3 about 2 years ago and I am pretty sure it has the same cooling head as this one.

It is the Motor Saver air filter. I got it on ebay for 8 bucks brand new. one of the best air filters out there id say.

ok my t-maxx 3.3 makes a sputtering / boging sound when decelerating from top speed as i let go of the throttle it sputters as im slowing down got a tuning tips , thanks, alex

Yea 3.3 uses the exact same motor mount as the 2.5. Its a direct replacement...

And yea the Insane stunts 2008 is on hold because my maxx is in abut 200 peices right now because i destroyed it in my Northeast Bashfest Video!!! =D I will try to get something together by mid August like last year!

Also I have seen a 3.3 put in a Savage and HOLY CRAP is it just not the same, slow! Don't belive me race an old school savage 21 against a new 4.6, very similar race compared to revo and savage. The weight is identical(almost) and the 21 powered savage has 2.5 hp and the 3.3's 2.3. Thats more power and head to head the old 21 savy looses by a considerable amount. Its common sense so revo lovers get over it. I love my revo, but i except that it just doesn't compare!

all this talk that revo is better, i have both the savage gives endless hours of fun without breaking, i love my revo but it is so much more fragile, people say the revo is fastest, well stock for stock on 30% byrons, the savage x 4.6rtr is a smidge faster, they both top out at the same, but the torque of that 4.6 can't be beat. Anyone who says any different is just biased toward traxxas and won't except the facts or just plainly doesn't know what they are talking about.

I run 20% Traxxas fuel, i would stay away from 33% if you are not a racer because it will burn out your motor faster.

well technically it does because that truck was a 2.5 before and he did the engine swap to the 3.3 so the old 2.5 pipe was holding back airflow from the motor so therefore yes this pipe does give the engine i little more room for the air flow so it can pen up better.
